LAS Lawyers and Consultants has a proud history of servicing the needs of the liquor and hospitality industry spanning over 3 decades having initially been established in the 1980s by Directors who had high levels of experience in prominent positions within the relevant government department responsible for the administration of liquor licensing laws in NSW. An experienced staff of former government employees with the necessary specialist experience was assembled with some of those staff members still on board today. The business initially focused on providing administrative services to the liquor industry including preparation of applications and advice on systems and practices. Whilst this remains part of the areas of practice of the business, expansion and development of the business saw changes in relation to operations and in 2003 the business became an incorporated legal practice and was able to add specialist legal services to the administrative and consultative services previously provided to its clients. Today the business remains focused on providing the core services for which it was initially created, adding a further dimension of specialised legal services.
